Maureen J. Jacovino

President/Secretary

Coming on board with the founding of Pitt Electric, Inc., Maureen established the baseline for the organization’s administrative processes. With 35 years of experience in the business practices of the electrical industry, she provides leadership for the internal processes of the business. Over the years, she has been closely involved in estimating, contract procurement, purchasing, and safety. Maureen’s role has primarily evolved to a management role, where she oversees the company’s corporate banking, bonding, and cost control programs, as well as manages the accounting, payroll, and administrative operations.

Gary J. Jacovino

Vice President/Treasurer

With 37 years electrical construction experience, Gary brings a wealth of electrical knowledge and skill to Pitt Electric, Inc. As founder of Pitt Electric, Inc. in 1985, Gary led the growth from day one, when he established Pitt Electric with a customer and employee first mentality for the company. Gary involves himself in all day to day aspects of the business, from estimating to invoicing, and from project managing to site installations. It is common to see Gary on job sites, shoulder to shoulder installing next to all levels of installers. Gary maintains a hands-on approach with every single project, while still overseeing all aspects of the company’s management team. He continues to look for ways to expand and enrich the clientele of Pitt Electric, building professional relationships in our ever-expanding business.

David L. Mingone

Estimator/Project Manager

With 34 years electrical construction experience, including 28 years with Pitt Electric, Dave is the most tenured employee at Pitt Electric. Dave is one of our most valuable team members, providing major contributions over the last three decades to the success of the team and company. Dave carries with him a wealth of knowledge on electrical installations, gained from years of project management, site supervising, and installing. Dave currently heads the estimating department, providing competitive bids in all areas of construction.

David J. Mingone

Project Manager/Estimator

With 18 years electrical construction experience with Pitt Electric., David provides management and site supervision to a variety of jobs and job sizes. David’s success is provided by utilizing proven hands-on experience, as well as cutting edge methods, equipment, and materials. With these qualities, and a superior team behind him, David helps bring Pitt Electric’s projects to the forefront of the electrical industry in the area.

Hilary Happe

Project Administrative Assistant

With a solid IT background and her three years of construction project administration experience with Pitt Electric, Hilary’s contributions to the team help to maintain efficient support to estimators and project managers, bolstering the success that our projects achieve. Hilary provides the skills needed to keep projects moving smoothly, including maintaining contract documents, transmitting and following-up on project documents, and all other project specific administrative items from project start-up to project close-out.

Joseph P. Jacovino

Accounting/Payroll Associate

Joe has been with Pitt Electric for two years providing efficient processing work required for A/R, A/P, payroll and fringe benefits, employee documents and records. As the newest member of the administrative team, Joe provides a strong knowledge base to which he has quickly adapted to our processes. Joe also provides warehouse support, allowing for a more efficient network between the warehouse and job sites.
